Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made via email at contact@pariscabexpress.com.
The refund conditions in the event of cancellation are as follows:

  • Full refund: if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • 80% refund: if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • 50% refund: if the cancellation is made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

  • No refund: if the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Payment and Deposit

  • If you choose to pay directly to the driver, a 25% deposit of the total service cost will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • This deposit is subject to the same refund conditions outlined in the "Cancellations" section.

Refunds

We will process refunds (including the deposit, if eligible) within 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the deposit or any prior payment. No additional fees will be charged for processing refunds.

Delays or No-Show

  • In the event of a delay exceeding 15 minutes without any response from you, the service will be considered canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Additional fees may apply for delays exceeding 15 minutes after the initial scheduled pickup time.
